Delivery and returns
BESPOKE
Currently, all orders are accepted in Bespoke format and are handmade according to each individual request.
To get started, place your order. The team will prepare a proposal with design options, materials, cost, and delivery times — usually ranging from a few weeks to two months, given the handmade process. As with all things of quality, good things take time to create.
WHERE CAN I ORDER DELIVERY?
Delivery is available worldwide, except for Russia, Belarus, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery time depends on the availability of goods in stock and usually ranges from 3 days to 2 months (in the case of bespoke manufacturing).
We deliver using the following delivery services:
- Nova Poshta
- Ukrposhta
- DHL
DELIVERY COST
The delivery cost is agreed with the manager individually for each order.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
We recommend that you check that you have received goods of the appropriate quality and that you are satisfied with them upon receipt. After receiving the goods from the courier or from Nova Poshta employees, claims regarding defects (except for hidden defects) will not be considered.
RETURNS
Please follow the instructions of our manager when returning goods. You can return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. In this case, please write to us at: info@manekibook.world and indicate:
- reasons for return
- photos of the goods if they are damaged or defective
Please note that the following categories of goods are not subject to return, regardless of the name under which the goods are listed on the website.
The full cost of the product will be refunded immediately after we verify that the appearance, properties, and factory labels of the product are intact.
WHO PAYS FOR DELIVERY IN CASE OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The return of goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. This means that the Buyer must pay for delivery when sending the goods back to us.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK FOR THE RETURNED GOODS?
Refunds are made within 30 days of our receipt of the goods. More detailed conditions depend on your bank and the method of payment for the order.
