KEY TERMS AND DEFINITIONSWebsite Visitor – a person who visits the website

User – a distinct website visitor who accepts the Terms of Use and wishes to place Orders on

Buyer – a User who has placed an order on
www.manekibook.world for the purchase of goods for personal use.
Seller – Manekibook, operating in accordance with applicable law. The Seller is not a VAT payer in Ukraine. Goods are sold from the Seller’s warehouses.

www.manekibook.worldGoods – clothing, accessories, and other products offered for sale on the Seller’s Website.
Order – a correctly completed request by the Buyer to purchase and deliver the selected Goods from the Website to the address specified by the Buyer.
SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT1.1 The Seller sells goods online at
www.manekibook.world.
1.2 By ordering Goods through the Website, the User agrees to the terms of sale set forth below (hereinafter – Terms of Sale). If the User disagrees, they must immediately stop using the Service and leave the website
www.manekibook.world.
1.3 These Terms of Sale and information about the Goods are publicly available on the Website and constitute a public offer under Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1.4 These Terms may be changed unilaterally by the Seller without notifying the User/Buyer. The new version of the Terms takes effect upon publication on the Website unless otherwise specified.
1.5 The Agreement becomes effective when the Seller sends the Buyer electronic confirmation of acceptance of the Order at the moment the Buyer places the Order on
www.manekibook.world.
The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded when the Seller issues a payment document to the Buyer confirming payment or crediting funds to the Seller’s bank account.
By providing their email and phone number, the Website Visitor/User/Buyer consents to the use of these contact details by the Seller and third parties involved by the Seller to fulfill obligations, including sending advertising and information about discounts, current/future promotions, and other Seller activities related to delivery and other information directly connected to the fulfillment of obligations.
GOODS AND ORDERS2.1 The Seller offers Goods available on the Website. Photographs are illustrations and may differ from the actual appearance. Descriptions/specifications may not be exhaustive and may contain typographical errors. For clarifications, the Buyer may contact via email at

2.2 If the ordered Goods are out of stock, the Seller has the right to exclude such Goods from the Order or cancel the Order, notifying the Buyer by email.
2.3 The Buyer is fully responsible for providing incorrect information that prevents the Seller from properly fulfilling obligations.
2.4 After placing an order online, the Buyer receives information about the expected delivery date via email. The manager handling the Order confirms details and delivery date depending on stock availability and processing time.
2.5 The expected delivery date is communicated by the manager via email or phone call. The Seller may unilaterally change the delivery date for objective reasons.
ORDER DELIVERY3.1 Goods are delivered by postal or courier services with payment on the Website payment page or by electronic invoice via bank card or transfer. Delivery methods include courier in Kyiv or Nova Poshta in Kyiv and Ukraine. International delivery is via DHL, UPS, or other companies at the Seller’s discretion. Delivery terms may be agreed upon with the manager.
3.2 Delivery is available beyond Ukraine.
3.3 Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
3.4 Upon delivery, the Order is handed to the Buyer or a third party designated as the Recipient. If delivery is impossible, the Order may be handed to a person who can provide shipment information and pay the full cost.
3.5 Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon receipt and signing of delivery documents by the Recipient.
3.6 Delivery cost is paid by the Buyer unless otherwise stated in the "Delivery and Returns" section on the Website.
3.7 The Seller’s obligation to deliver is fulfilled when the Buyer receives the shipment according to postal regulations.
3.8 The Recipient must inspect the Goods upon delivery for quality, assortment, completeness, expiration, and packaging integrity. If no claims arise, the Recipient signs the delivery form and pays for the Order. Signing confirms no claims and proper fulfillment by the Seller.
3.9 Delivery date, time, and route may be specified by the manager during Order confirmation.
3.10 The User acknowledges that delivery is a separate service, not an integral part of the Goods, and ends upon receipt and payment. Claims regarding quality after receipt are handled under Ukrainian consumer protection law and Seller’s warranty. Delivery does not entitle the Buyer to demand delivery for warranty service or replacement. Import taxes, duties, VAT, and restrictions may apply for international shipments and are the Buyer’s responsibility.
PAYMENT4.1 The price does not include VAT. The order amount consists of the cost of ordered Goods.
4.2 Prices are listed on
www.manekibook.world. If the Buyer orders Goods at an incorrect price, the Seller will notify the Buyer to confirm or cancel the Order. If the Buyer cannot be contacted, the Order is canceled.
4.3 Prices may be changed unilaterally by the Seller but do not affect already placed Orders.
4.4 Payment is made in UAH by non-cash transfer before shipment within Ukraine, including discounts.
4.5 The Seller may offer discounts and bonuses, with terms published online and subject to unilateral change.
RETURNS5.1 The Buyer may refuse the Goods and terminate the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from receipt, except for non-returnable items under Ukrainian law. Details are in the "Delivery and Returns" section.
5.2 Returned Goods must have all seals and labels and be sent by mail to Kyiv or the address specified by the manager.
5.3 Return of goods in proper condition:
5.3.1 Returns are possible if Goods are unused, with preserved appearance, seals, labels, and receipt.
5.3.2 If the Buyer refuses already shipped Goods, the Seller refunds the cost minus a refusal penalty, determined individually for international orders, within 30 days of receipt of returned Goods and return request. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer. Refunds are made only to the person named in the Order. Incorrect Buyer data may result in refusal of refund.
5.3.3 If similar Goods are unavailable, the Buyer may cancel the Agreement and request a refund within 30 days of return.
5.3.4 The refusal penalty covers Seller’s costs including delivery, customs, and other expenses related to the return.
5.3.5 If returned Goods are found non-returnable under law or these Terms, they are returned to the Buyer at their expense.
5.3.6 For international deliveries (DHL, UPS, etc.), delivery is door-to-door. Receipt confirmation is by signature. If the Buyer authorizes leaving the package unattended, risk of loss is on the Buyer.
5.4 Return of defective Goods:
5.4.1 Defective Goods have faults preventing normal use. Goods must match descriptions. Design differences are not defects.
5.4.2 Appearance and completeness are checked upon delivery. Buyer must confirm no visible defects at receipt.
5.4.3 No claims accepted after receipt regarding external defects, quantity, or completeness.
5.4.4 Defective Goods may be returned at Buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
5.4.5 Claims for returns are reviewed within 30 days of submission.
5.5 Refunds are made to the payment card or bank account used for purchase.
5.6 Warranty is provided by the manufacturer and indicated on labels. The Seller ensures proper use during the warranty period. The Seller is not liable for defects caused by misuse, third parties, or force majeure.
5.7 Personal hygiene items (masks, underwear, hygiene products) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
LIABILITY6.1 The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of Goods purchased on the Website.
6.2 The Seller is not responsible for content or operation of external resources.
PRIVACY AND INFORMATION SECURITY7.1 Personal data is processed according to Ukrainian Law No. 2297-VI dated June 1, 2010, with a retention period of 5 years.
7.1.1 The Seller may send advertising and information to the User’s/Buyer’s email and phone with consent. The User/Buyer may unsubscribe at any time except for service notifications related to Orders.
7.2 The Seller is not responsible for publicly provided information by the User/Buyer on the Website.
7.3 The Seller may record phone calls and is obliged to prevent unauthorized access or transfer of such information to unrelated third parties.
ADDITIONAL TERMS8.1 The Seller may assign or transfer rights and obligations under this Agreement to third parties.
8.2 The Website and services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons, with or without prior notice.
8.3 The Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
8.4 Disputes are to be resolved by negotiation or, if unresolved, by Ukrainian courts.
8.5 Invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of other provisions.
